By accessing or using LSG360 ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

LSG360 is a website traffic analytics platform that provides:

Website traffic estimation and analysis
Visitor source breakdown (direct, search, social, referrals)
Website categorization and country detection
REST API access for automated queries
CSV data export functionality

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle or PayPal. All prices are in USD. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Starter: $9.99/month — 1,000 domains/month
Pro: $14.99/month — 10,000 domains/month
Business: $19.99/month — 100,000 domains/month

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Each plan has specific domain check limits. If you exceed your monthly limit, access to checking features will be restricted until the next billing cycle. Unused checks do not roll over.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source data
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated tools to abuse API rate limits
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Traffic data provided by LSG360 is estimated based on multiple data sources. These estimates may differ from actual website analytics. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any specific data point.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by agru (operating as LSG360) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

LSG360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
